Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Xeus Technologies Inc. ("Xeus", "we", "us") operates TimeLog IQ and this website. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law. This policy explains what we collect on this website and why.

This policy covers information collected through this marketing website (for example, the "Request information" form). The attendance data that TimeLog IQ processes on behalf of a client organization is a separate matter, governed by that organization's services agreement with Xeus and handled under First Nations data-sovereignty principles (OCAP®) — the client controls that data; Xeus processes it under their direction.

1. What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, you choose to provide: your full name, organization, work email, and (optionally) phone number, organization type, and a short message. We also record the date and time of the submission and your consent.

We use privacy-respecting, first-party, cookieless website analytics. These record only aggregate, non-identifying page-view information (such as the page visited and approximate referrer) on our own Canadian-hosted server. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we honour your browser's "Do Not Track" signal.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to contact you about TimeLog IQ, with your consent. We use aggregate analytics to understand site usage and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, the email service that delivers your inquiry to our sales team), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

4. Where your data lives

Inquiry submissions are delivered to our sales mailbox and retained in Canada. Our infrastructure is operated in Canadian regions. We design for data residency in Canada as a default, not an afterthought.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which they are securely deleted. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

6. How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

7. Your rights

To exercise any of these, email sales@timelogiq.ca. We respond within a reasonable time and within timelines required by law.

8. Children

This website and form are intended for organizational and business contacts, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
