This website provides information about TimeLog IQ and lets you contact us. We may update, change, or remove content at any time without notice. We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. The product is separate

Access to and use of the TimeLog IQ platform itself is governed by a separate written services agreement between Xeus and the client organization. Nothing on this website creates a contract for the product, a service-level commitment, or any warranty about the product.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully, or in a way that harms the site, our systems, or others.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, scan, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not submit false information, spam, or another person's information without their authority through our forms.

4. Intellectual property

The TimeLog IQ name, the Xeus name and marks, the site's content, design, and code are owned by Xeus Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Submissions

If you send us an inquiry, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty & limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Saskatchewan have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the website.
